1. Find a workout partner who is just as excited about exercising if not more than you. Your exercise partner will keep you going on the day's, when you're really not up to it.
2. Make a spiritual connection when your working out. This is the time when you can be at peace within your mind, body and spirit.
3. Use your Smart Phone. Smart phones provide a great cardio widget, that logs your workouts, your distance, your speed, and how many calories you've burned. You can use this tool to motivate yourself to challenge yourself to go further than you did the day before. You can also share your accomplishments on Facebook and Twitter.
4. Have a role model, someone who is actually working out, who actually looks the part of a physically fit and healthy person.
6. Be proud of your accomplishments and share them with others. Remember, not to beat yourself up, if you miss a day or two. It is allowed, it is called resting. After your rest, remember to pick yourself up and get back on track.
7. Most importantly, exercise for your Health! Your body deserves it.
